Job Description:
Primary Skillset:
• SQL Server, SSIS, C# .Net, VB.Net
Good to have skills – Hadoop, Spark, Scala, Azure Databricks & Python.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Production support tasks: Picking up incidents in Service Now ticketing tool, acknowledging, responding with proper updates and determine solution.
• Good Debugging skills to do the RCA and providing permanent fixes.
• Developing Automation tools and Enhancement of existing process/ system/ manual tasks on applications assigned.
• Continue to study and review systems to improve their understanding of them (domain and new technologies).
• Communicating to User with clear details in mail and Service Now for assigned incidents.
• Learn technologies in short time and apply over system appropriately.
Job Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with development Or support projects on SQL Server and C#.Net/VB.Net.
- Ability to migrate legacy system/servers to higher versions.
- Ability to write and analyze complex SQL procedures and performance tuning.
- Ability to work on multiple projects/reports concurrently.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
