Support Analyst – Customer-Centric Problem Solver
The Support Analyst is the front line of our customer support team, serving as the first point of contact for Indeavor Solution end users. This critical role focuses on delivering swift and effective troubleshooting, along with communicating clear, well-structured action plans that inspire confidence and clarity. You’ll navigate the organization with purpose and urgency to deliver outstanding customer outcomes—balancing technical expertise with customer empathy and communication excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer support via phone, email, and web conference, ensuring a personable and professional experience.
- Quickly triage and categorize incoming requests, perform impact assessments, and clearly communicate next steps to customers based on their service agreements and urgency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common support issues independently, demonstrating initiative and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Clearly document all assessments, findings, and proposed solutions in an organized and concise manner—especially when escalating.
- Communicate with empathy, urgency, and clarity—keeping customers informed at every stage and setting appropriate expectations aligned with contractual obligations.
- Use internal testing environments to replicate issues, validate functionality, and gain a deep understanding of our product and customer configurations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless support experience that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.
- Author and maintain Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) that empower customers to solve issues independently and learn about the platform.
- Follow up diligently with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
- Champion continuous improvement in our processes, documentation, and service delivery.
What You Bring

- Exceptional written communication skills—you know how to craft well-organized, detailed explanations that are easy to follow.
- Dynamic verbal communication skills that reflect empathy, urgency, and customer obsession.
- Confidence in navigating internal teams and resources to resolve customer issues and advocate for their needs.
- A strong understanding of SLAs and the ability to balance contractual requirements with customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer-facing role is preferred.

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Flexibility in scheduling including early hours, and the ability to work some weekends and public holidays throughout the year
- Microsoft Office Suite

- 1st and 2nd shift schedule
- Schedule will require some weekends and holidays during the year
- Business fluency in other languages, particularly German, Chinese, Portuguese, and Spanish, is highly valued due to our global client base
