Who You Are
You’re a driven, results-oriented professional with experience in Account Management, particularly in the Logistics, E-Commerce, Retail, or Wholesale space. In a high-growth environment, you thrive on building relationships, solving complex problems, and achieving tangible results.
You bring:

Proven experience in Account Management, ideally with a background in e-commerce or B2B wholesale platforms

A hands-on approach, able to work independently and as part of a team to drive seller success on a large scale.

A strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into action to improve seller performance and drive platform success.

An aptitude for building and maintaining relationships with sellers, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with automation tools and processes, and the ability to drive their adoption across sellers for improved efficiency.

A proactive and customer-first mindset, with a focus on enhancing seller satisfaction and retention.

Fluency in English and another European language, with an understanding of diverse markets and cultures.

What You’ll Be Working On
As part of our Supply Success team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our sellers thrive on the Qogita platform. Your responsibilities will include:

Seller Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing sellers to drive their success on the platform. You’ll work to ensure their satisfaction, helping them maximize their potential.

Performance Analysis: Monitor seller KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with sellers to implement actionable strategies to enhance their performance.

Automation and Process Optimization: Lead the adoption of automation tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency for sellers. Work closely with the product team to enhance seller-facing tools and post-sale processes.

Feedback Loop: Gather valuable seller feedback and collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance our product offerings, ensuring we align with seller needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with key internal stakeholders across commercial and tech teams to solve issues, streamline operations, and ensure smooth communication across the organization.

Order-Related Issue Resolution: Resolve any order-related issues in collaboration with sellers, maintaining alignment with Qogita’s goals and ensuring a seamless experience for sellers.
