Job Summary:
This position gathers, analyzes, and actions against Supply Chain data to optimize Supply Planning and impact Operations, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and overall Supply Chain. Analysis includes production forecasting, capacity planning, and other data-based problem solving. This role coordinates with various departments to ensure the Supply Chain meets On Time and Customer Service goals.
Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):
- Develop and maintain monthly twelve-month Constrained Production Forecast with input from Demand Planning and Operations teams.
- Own the implementation of the Constrained Production Forecast in applicable ERP or business systems.
- Monitor and manage key metrics including forecast accuracy.
- Identify and address Supply inefficiencies and risks.
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to enhance performance and/or reduce costs.
SCOPE & IMPACT:
Supports Supply Chain through analysis and problem solving. Scope includes but is not limited to Production Forecasting and Capacity Planning for all Cut & Sew and Upholstery production sites.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Proficient in ERP systems and ERP management
- Experience conducting root-cause analysis and problem solving
- Travel Required: Up to 10%
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- ASCM (APICS), or Equivalent Certification
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with JD Edwards E1
