The Supply Manager supports the External Supply Team by onboarding new partners, troubleshooting account issues, and identifying high-value opportunities. This individual ensures up-to-date records and data accuracy in the CRM system, and stays up-to-date on performance marketing and compliance industry trends.

 

A key member of the Supply team, the Supply Manager will also lend their support to the Sales, Client Success, and Compliance teams to ensure high quality traffic and compliance requirements are achieved. This individual will support the relationships between Buyerlink and our sales and supply partners through inbound inquiries, application processing, and managing the supply pipeline to ensure optimal account growth. 

This is an in-person role at our office in Victoria, BC. 

 

You will…

  • Process publisher applications and onboard new publishers
  • Address partner inquiries by phone and email
  • Maintain accurate partner records through the CRM system
  • Manage Partner Success publishers, including the generation of key data reports, managing pay bumps, monitoring pops and drops, and keeping a pulse on the quality of traffic
  • Identify and notify Account Managers of high-value opportunities in the supply pipeline
  • Support Account Managers with day to day tasks of key accounts
  • Investigate client call quality by producing reports and proactively researching client accounts using a variety of technical tools, and communicate account suspension if research identifies a need for it
  • Monitor and review traffic for quality and compliance
  • Create reports to automate compliance efforts
  • Research and present on third-party monitoring tools
  • Monitor performance marketing trends and keep team informed
  • Work closely with Marketing on user experience improvements, webinars, and other communication outreach programs
  • Ad hoc projects from business units, as needed

 

You have… 

  • Savvy with CRMs and client support tools
  • A clear and personable communicator, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to try new things
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to a diverse audience

Compensation: $55,000 - 65,000 CAD

OTE: ~$75k CAD. Commission is uncapped. 

Compensation will be determined by factors including knowledge and skills, role-specific qualifications, and experience of each candidate.
