About the Function
The Supply Financial Controlling and Analysis team is a truly global and diversified department. We are contributing through the end-to-end Supply Chain from the consumer to the supplier. We are playing a big part in making our brands as we source, distill, brew, pack, and ship.
Here you can be truly connected to our brands and can get an insight into Procurement sourcing strategy and support their work with financials. You can be the Finance business partner to the Production sites and the Logistics team moving finished goods from the factories to the warehouse, then to the distributors or consumers.
About the Role
Top Accountabilities

Deliver monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, Extended Working Capital and Cash Flow reporting and forecasting) also prepare deck for the related review meetings.

Play a key role in the preparation and submission of Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.

Play a key role in ensuring completeness of profit center/market figures.

Deliver accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the stakeholders.

Support finance processes where business judgement is needed; provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified or requested.
About You
-
Degree in relevant finance / accounting/ business areas.

5-8 years strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Financial Controlling and/or Accounting.

Excellent understanding of BW, SAP and Power BI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making.

Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at varying levels and the ability to work with different market environments and cultures.

Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment is considered as an advantage.

Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage.

Fluent English knowledge is a must.
