Exciting Opportunity: Supply Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between Customer Service, transport, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up on quotes and orders marked as "Awaiting Approval."
- Process orders and shipments, including managing non-available items, ETA dates, and invoicing.
- Provide timely updates on delivery status, charges, and availability to Customer Service.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and efficient delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate control reports and documentation to ensure compliance.
- Assist other departments as needed on stock and purchase orders.
- Be prepared for out-of-hours and weekend work to ensure task completion.
Who you are:
- Good communication skills and command of the English language (oral and written).
- A solid understanding of the Logistics Industry and the experience in its regulations and Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive with a focus on problem-solving.
- Able to work under pressure and make sound, quick decisions.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented and systematic, with a strong focus on Health and Safety.
- Must have a valid permit to work in Australia.
