Job Description Summary:
This summer intern will work as a team member of the North America Operating Unit Supply Chain Transformation organization, working on the development and optimization of digital tools that enable our Supply Chain capabilities. The role will involve designing, implementing, and improving solutions that deliver against our capability agenda.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional Supply Chain teams to develop and manage a learning events calendar, coordinate the scheduling and promotion of internal training sessions, webinars, and other educational initiatives to enhance Supply Chain capabilities.

Contribute to the evolution of the Supply Chain Knowledge Hub, a centralized repository of best practices, processes, and resources, by curating, organizing, and updating content to ensure it supports ongoing learning and enhances team efficiency.

Support the development and execution of a marketing campaign to promote the Supply Chain Knowledge Hub, driving engagement and increasing adoption across teams by highlighting its value and key resources.
Education Requirements:
-
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and not graduating earlier than December 2025.
Functional Skills:
-
Foundational Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes: Understanding key supply chain functions such as inventory management, logistics, procurement, and order fulfillment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Familiarity with HTML coding, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power Pages).

Strong Communication skills.
