POSITION OVERVIEW

In this position, you'll play a critical role in the safety of our parks through the procurement and purchasing of our company's unique supply and attraction needs. Reporting to our Purchasing Manager, you'll support all aspects of the supply chain for our 100+ corporate-owned locations.

We're a growing company and need someone ready to manage anywhere from 60-120 orders per day. You'll work closely with Park Managers and Construction Managers to evaluate needs and assess prioritization, manage the order fulfillment process, update item lists and pricing, work with vendors, and update planners for current rebrands or acquisitions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and collaborative, with experience in high-volume procurement for custom products. This is a full-time, hourly remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the order processing & fulfillment process for trampoline/attraction replacement parts across multiple vendors/manufacturers.
  • Oversee the order tracking process and ensure orders are processed in accordance with customer service standards.
  • Coordinate with the Construction team on new Park builds and Park modifications as needed.
  • Maintain an updated product database & SKU system for park operators and project managers.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team for billing and reconciliation.
  • Assist Parks with issue resolution for order discrepancies or product damage.
  • Consult CFO, Construction, IT, and F&B for approvals within order scope.
  • Maintain a strong professional relationship with vendors and in-park leadership.
  • Address and resolve vendor performance and/or nonconformance issues.
  • Manage credit card activity and allocate expense receipts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of procurement/purchasing/supply chain experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented & highly organized.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience, proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Responsible, dependable, and a team player.

Compensation: $25-30/hr. with a full benefits package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
