Job Description

This role is designed for a junior with a strong potential to grow in the role, experience in chain management, service procurement is required. The candidate will play role in supply chain team, operation and maintenance in Latvia and not only. Will perform procurement for larger value under supervision and for low value independently. Other responsibilities to look for suppliers, evaluate them and maintain current relationships, collect information about market. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Coordinating and launching tenders for services, spare parts and materials required for the operation and maintenance of renewable energy wind and solar assets in Poland, Lithuania and Latvia ( main focus Latvia)
  • Negotiating and assisting in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors to secure accurate assets performance and operation
  • Monitoring supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all contractual documents comply with company policies and industry standards
  • Working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives
  • Preparing reports and presentations on legal compliance and contract management activities for senior management


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the renewable energy sector
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
  • Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excel
