Role and Responsibilities
How You Make a Difference
As an SCM Coordinator, you are responsible for streamlining the order process and developing accurate forecasts in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams. You ensure product availability aligns with projected demand by building consensus across departments. With your sharp analytical skills and excellent communication, you act as the key point of contact for all supply chain and order-related matters within your product group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire order process and serve as the main contact for the order desk
- Develop AP2 forecasts by product in coordination with Sales, Marketing, and GBM
- Execute PSI planning and simulations to balance demand and supply
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, including aging and hub stock
- Manage product allocation in case of supply shortages
- Generate reports on forecast accuracy, AP1/AP2 consensus rate, and channel inventory
- Lead and support a small team (2–5 direct reports, including contractors)
- Work with systems such as SAP, Excel, and internal Samsung tools
What Are Your Assets
As our new SCM Coordinator, you bring strong analytical capabilities, a structured approach, and outstanding communication skills. You’re comfortable navigating international business environments and turning data into smart supply chain decisions.
We also request:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant supply chain or order management role
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting to and building consensus at the executive level
- Experience with SAP/S&OP tools is a strong advantage
