WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations related to fulfilling data center orders, rack builds, and inventory management. This role requires expertise in inventory demand planning, KPI management, and coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a history of managing large-scale projects, implementing cycle counts, and optimizing order management processes. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Salesforce, and other workflow systems is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warehouse Operations and Management
- Supervise daily operations for fulfilling orders, including rack builds and shipment coordination.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and management, utilizing inventory systems.
- Lead the team in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment, adhering to best practices and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet project and order demands.
Inventory and Demand Planning
- Oversee cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Develop demand forecasts and align inventory levels with upcoming Google projects.
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover while reducing holding costs.
Project Management
- Manage large-scale rack build and deployment projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute order management workflows.
- Track progress and maintain accountability using tools like Jira and Salesforce.
KPI Monitoring and Reporting
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations, including order fulfillment accuracy, cycle count results, and on-time delivery metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement.
Team Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the central point of communication between warehouse staff, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure all teams are aligned on priorities and deadlines.
- Organize and lead team meetings to provide updates and resolve operational challenges.
Tools and Systems Integration
- Utilize Jira for ticket management to track progress and resolve issues efficiently.
- Leverage Salesforce to manage order workflows and integrate with client’s systems.
- Implement and optimize other warehouse management tools to streamline operations.
- WMS experience to develop a production flow.
- VSM for reduce process gaps and drive effeminacy.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and inventory demand planning.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong expertise in inventory management and demand forecasting.
- Proficiency in Jira, Salesforce, and other workflow and inventory systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and develop actionable insights.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with inventory and order systems (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
