Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing claims on damaged cartons (via system execution and excel updates)
- Perform EDI processes in SAP
- Validating data on receving goods from APLL Yantian vs SAP system
- Uploading of Serial number for direct shipments
- Support Sales on P.I. tracking
- Extra hands to SC members for ad-hoc SC tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Good Team player
- Enjoy working in fast paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic or intermediate Power point and excel
