Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Supply Chain Intern to join our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team . Be ready to gain insights into the inner workings of our company's supply chain management, including logistics, inventory management, and distribution. You will learn the importance of effective communication and collaboration between different departments within the supply chain and acquire hands-on experience with data analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving, which are critical skills in supply chain management.
What You'll Do:
Project S upport LOG.OS ( Logistics Optimization System)

  • To support the S&OP team in following LOG.OS guidance for Logistics, Demand Planning and Customer Excellence


  • Assist with updating Customer segmentation and defining routines as per agreed segmentation using LOG.OS documentation


  • Help in creating LOG.OS SharePoint to store supporting documents


  • Update onboarding material for S&OP new joiners


  • Support in creating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for S&OP customers


  • Create a dashboard with key SLAs for customers: track, creation action plan and follow up


S&OP general:

  • Attend and actively participate in department meetings, while accurately recording minutes


  • Get creative and help prepare presentations and reports for the meetings


  • Embrace new challenges by taking on additional duties and tasks as assigned by the department manager.
