Job Description
Responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance of a product and logistics cost including import process, and suggest savings opportunities to the senior management
  • Responsible for monthly accounting closing related to cost accountings
  • Produce and distribute required monthly reports of Japan/Korea to stakeholders in the company and ANJ and International Zone
  • Maintain offline excel templates that contain actuals and forecasts of supply chain performances
  • Support to prepare materials of Monthly Performance Review & Forecast review meetings (Internal reviews, EVP meetings, CFO call and so on)
  • Lead review and validation of a standard cost of a product
  • Manage inventory reporting
  • Lead the annual budgeting processes and prepare materials of AOP presentation
  • Assist in audits and general ledger preparation
  • Ensure that cost accounting is in compliance with the internal management policy
  • Deep dive analysis of purchase price variances
  • Ad Hoc supply performance analysis and projects as required
  • Take initiatives in continuous improvement of the working process


Selection Criteria

  • University degree.
  • Native or equivalent in Japanese & Business level English
  • Culture fit in Kraft Heinz
  • Strong Leadership / Self-starter / Growth mind
  • Highly detailed oriented / good sense in numbers
  • Positive thinking and can be a Change Agent with flexibleness
  • Focus mind and actions on priority issues


Desired Experiences

  • FMCG industries (or similar business models, e.g. managing inventories / importing items)
  • Equivalent roles of Supply Chain finance Analyst, Cost Accountant, FP&A analyst
