Job Description
Objective:

  • Lead Supply Chain Finance area, with deep understanding of finance, operations and supply chain dynamics;
  • Directly support Brazil CFO and Senior Operations Leaders on manufacturing, logistics, procurement and agriculture performance review, forecast and efficiency opportunities and projects;
  • Lead and develop cost analysis and forecast capabilities to drive strategic business decisions as pricing, portfolio, capacity, logistic footprint;
  • Provide operations and logistics costs and efficiency visibility, both vs budget and historical performance;
  • Partner with manufacturing, logistics, procurement and agriculture teams to drive efficiencies opportunities and improve cost structure, providing strategic support through actionable insights;
  • Run financial valuation of capex investments, directly influencing on business case development, investments approval and project execution;
  • Lead monthly business cycle, business performance reviews, annual operations plan and 3-Year Strategic;
  • Plan processes, ensuring alignment with company goals by collaborating cross-functionally to develop robust plans;
  • Be a key player in Integrated Business Plan (IBP) process, partnering with finance peers to connect E2E strategy and drive optimal and cost-efficient operations, procurement and agriculture plans;
  • Monitor and actively influence on cash metrics (DPO/DIO), ensuring working capital targets are met in alignment with operational and financial objectives;
  • Sponsor financial, operations, procurement and agriculture processes and controls continuous improvement to mitigate risks, aligned with company's policies;
  • Support audit processes, SOX Controls reports and Internal Controls assessments;
  • Benchmark with other Kraft Heinz BUs on SCF processes, tools, capabilities to leverage internal knowledge;
  • Lead a team of 30+ finance professionals, working in different locations (central office, 3 plants and 1 warehouse) ensuring their functional accountability and professional development and engagement.


Key Accountabilities:

  • OPS finance Routines and strategic partnership: Lead monthly business cycle, Annual Operations Budget and 3-Year Strategic Plan processes, ensuring alignment with company goals by collaborating cross-functionally to develop robust plans, drive COGS and logistics cost visibility, and provide actionable insights through monthly performance reviews with CFO and OPS leadership;
  • Operational Efficiency and Cost Optimization: Partner with Procurement, R&D, and Site Leaders to drive savings initiatives and improve COGS, delivering competitive advantage. Oversee capex planning and execution and monitor cash metrics (DPO/DIO), ensuring working capital targets are met in alignment with operational and financial objectives;
  • Governance and Compliance: Enforce adherence to internal policies, conduct internal control reviews, and support audit processes. Ensure operational cycles like O2P and D2D have robust policies to mitigate risks while maintaining compliance with corporate standards.


Skills/Competencies:

  • Robust experience in SCF processes, capabilities and tools (P&L, WC, Balance Sheet)
  • Robust financial knowledge Experience on people management
  • English Advanced
  • Previous experience in Consumer Goods segment
