About the Opportunity
The Supply Chain Finance Manager EMEA is a key business partner to the Supply Chain Director EMEA and Director Business Planning & Analysis. You will provide data driven decision support (pro-actively and upon request), prepare and present capex proposal and drive productivity throughout the Driscoll’s supply chain. You will be a leader in the supply function with a goal to deliver the financial and operational targets in the function. You will participate in financial planning activities and carry out special financial or planning projects of varying nature and complexity according to the company’s needs. The Supply Chain Finance Manager EMEA reports directly into the Director Business Planning & Analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze variance to budget and forecast for warehousing,
transportation, IBP, quality, and packing activities - Lead investment proposals and productivity improvement initiatives
- Monitor and improve performance of outsourced supply chain
service providers - Collaborate with the EMEA Supply Chain Director and report
performance to key stakeholders globally - Set plan and forecast targets for the EMEA supply chain
- Track and assess strategic business cases, sharing learnings with
the EMEA Leadership Team - Participate in the EMEA implementation of Aurora
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-8 years of experience in a controlling or accounting environment
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
