LAWAZEM is seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Director to oversee and manage our entire supply chain operations. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. You will work closely with various departments to optimize logistics, warehouse, inventory management, and procurement processes, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and execute supply chain strategies that align with company goals and drive overall operational excellence.
- Lead and manage supply chain functions including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and warehouse.
- Analyze supply chain performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure that inventory levels meet customer needs while minimizing excess stock.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies related to supply chain operations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed on market dynamics and emerging technologies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present supply chain reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Director or similar leadership role with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in ecommerce Supply chain roles (not less than 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
- Demonstrated success in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on team development.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
