Overview:
- Be a key enabler for delivering Pet Nutrition SEA strategy.
- He/she will integrate today's fragmented SC data responsibilities into one consolidated functional expert and would impact the way we produce, sell and distribute our products & support the execution and strengthening of our current business model.
- Supply chain data manager will also build & extend the strength of MDM best practices and look to drive further right-first-time accuracy of our data management.
Context and Scope:
- Functional expert for E2E supply chain data - Item Master Data (i.e. finished goods, semi-finished goods, material codes), Supply chain Master Data (I.e. Procurement, Manufacturing and Distribution related activities) and other interdependent information.
- Owner of new code creation process, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders who provide inputs for FG codes.
- Train all new users of necessary data tools.
- One point contact for all printed specifications created in Thailand network factories.
Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Master Data Management
- Scope Includes Procurement, Manufacturing and Distribution related master data
- Develop processes to enable best in class end to end supply chain connectivity, Including traceability.
- Drive adoption, improvement, connection and scaling of existing tools.
- Build in-depth knowledge of interdependence amongst different functional areas and systems.
- Establish data quality KPI and SLA within Supply Chain, balancing stakeholder needs (e.g. Activity Management, E2E planning, logistics).
- Driving clarity of roles, responsibilities & data ownership to ensure data compliance and quality.
- Identifying opportunities for synergies and standard toolkit solutions, driving Implementation and standardization of processes in collaboration with Global MGS or FE team.
- Assist In data analysis and reporting activities to support business decision making and strategic Initiatives.
Product Master Data Owner
- Owning the E2E FG code creation process, In close collaboration with cross-functional and MDM team.
- Key participant of project meetings, responsible for code creation milestones & BOM readiness for all projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional team for quality data collection necessary for Veritas specifications and ensure smooth progress throughout the workflow.
- Define & align SLA for code creation workstream In Thailand network factories.
- Review & approve new artwork development In Thailand factories to maintain accuracy of all codes - pack/TDU/EAN.
- Responsible for E2E printed material data management in Veritas for Thailand network factories, creating specs, collecting required data from project meetings/stakeholders - R&D, AM, Commercial & Graphics team.
- For WIP/RM/PM – codes are created by R&D/Packing/Marketing teams in Veritas
AJ’s team is responsible for extending these codes to plant level
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous Improvement In overall code creation process and support "Speed to market" for Innovation & renovation projects.
- Training to new users and back up stakeholders.
- Lead implementation of any future data tool required to build efficiency in business processes.
Qualifications & Other Requirements:
Education & Professional Qualification
- Post Graduate- MBA with experience in Supply Chain.
- Proficient in English
- Good communication skills
Knowledge/Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain systems with in-depth knowledge of SAP, ATLAS, GRD, ERP systems
- Experience In leading & implementing new programs & Initiatives.
- Proven experience in data management with strong attention to detail and knowledge of data quality best practices.
