You will join our Supply Chain Management department based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in the position of: 

Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless outbound operations from our warehouse to our end customers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with three other coordinators and two supply chain analysts, acting as the primary point of contact for the warehouse, carriers, and internal stakeholders. What You Will Do:

Warehousing & Distribution

• Coordinate outbound & distribution flow to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Manage irregular warehousing activities and handle unexpected challenges.
• Evaluate and claim 3PL services, assessing third-party logistics.
• Review carrier performance and manage claims.
• Follow up on inaccurate deliveries to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide marketing logistics support and manage cross-docking operations.
• Monitor and manage return deliveries.
• Assist with stock control as a backup activity.
• Support spare parts management as a backup activity.

Reporting

• Manage exceptions for warehouse and carriers, addressing operational issues.
• Utilize SAP for detailed reporting and data analysis.

What You Need:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain / logistics in an international work environment.
• Experience in managing stakeholders both internal and external.
• Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
• Process driven with an ability to prioritize tasks. 
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Experience with MS Excel is a must, SAP is preferable.
• You must be fluent in English; Dutch language skills are considered to be an advantage.
