HYMH designs, engineers, manufactures, sells, and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster and Yale brand names. We are one of the global leaders in the Material Handling industry and have been building relationships and partnering with our customers, suppliers, dealers, and employees for over 80 years.
We bring over 236 different products to the market, ranging from the smallest pallet truck to 48 tonne container handling trucks.
Key Accountabilities:
Reporting to a key member of the European Materials Planning Team, the successful applicants will work in a team responsible for providing the following key responsibilities:
- Update the Material Planning systems with Suppliers and Logistics provider information
- Participate in weekly team meetings and learn to work as part of the team
- Support the Supply Manager with analytical reporting
- Manage several Vendor Accounts where you will learn and develop system, interpersonal & communication skills
- Purchase Order management, with global supply base, to ensure on-time delivery
- Support the Team in meeting key performance metrics for Supplier Quality, Delivery, and Invoice accuracy
Knowledge Required:
- Candidates should be working towards a degree in Commercial or Business Studies related courses.
- Candidates must have good customer focused skills, to enable them to correspond effectively with suppliers.
- Candidates must have strong team working and communication skills, pro-activity and personal initiative and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
