At ASML, we produce some of the most technically advanced lithography equipment in the world, generating terabytes of data essential for analyzing and improving the performance of our products and processes.
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst for Customer Supply chain management (CSCM) team, who has solid technical capabilities in data analytic domain and in-dept understanding in supply chain. The ideal candidate should be able to navigate himself/herself in a complex work environment, synchronize senior supply chain leaders, support strategies and performance with data insights and drive for in time deliverables.
This is an ideal position for a mature Supply chain Data Analyst who wishes to develop into a Supply Chain Analytics Product Owner.
70% of your time allocates to Data Analyst role. You are responsible for defining & developing data analytic solutions and ensure these solutions are implemented and are delivering the agreed benefits for business stakeholders.
30% of your time allocates to Product owner role. You are responsible for maximizing the value of Data Analytics for the CSCM organization, managing expectations of stakeholders, setting clear guidelines and priorities for work packages for data analysts and aligning maturity step-ups with (x-)sector stakeholders (e.g. IT, P&D, CS).
Role and responsibilities
As a Supply chain Data Analyst / Supply Chain Analytics Product Owner, we expect you:

Proactively align with management, translate/refine requirements, develop the data model and visualize data into actionable information

Develop, implement, and maintain performance reports and dashboards for our stakeholders

Ensure availability and reliability of data for reporting, analytics and decision-making.

Effectively communicates progress, challenges, and insights to management, ensuring alignment and support for initiatives and projects. When needed is able to escalate effectively

Proactively prepares and leads stakeholder engagement sessions up to senior manager level, understanding and responding to conflicting stakeholder interests.

Work proactively with other stakeholders, e.g. business teams, IT and other data analytics teams, project leaders, and group leaders to solve tactical business issues through analytics at ASML
Education and experience
-
Bachelor's / master's degree in (e.g. Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply chain or Engineering with IT background)

Demonstrable work experience (>5 years) in data analytics, project delivery a/o data driven business improvements

Expert knowledge of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence

Solid knowledge of supply chain domain (Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, Delivery)

Substantial general work experience and comprehensive experience in working with data, statistics, analysis tools, and techniques, or equivalent level
Skills

Work based on business priorities

Understand the corporate business drivers and balancing priority setting

Excellent knowledge in reporting\analytics tools (e.g. Spotfire, Power BI, KNIME, Alteryx)

Advanced proficiency with cloud platforms, Eg Microsoft Azure, Databricks, SAP Analytics Cloud

Experience with SAP ECC, SAP BW/HANA is a plus

Experience in Agile way of working is a plus

Knowledge in (PL)SQL, Python, Ui5, or R is a plus

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
