About this role :
- As such your role will consist in developing the whole supplier quality strategy at Verkor from sourcing to mass production phases. Scope includes Raw Material as well as Equipment.

- Finally, you’ll create and improve Verkor processes, and tool selection/deployment linked with supplier or quality activities.
We are currently looking for out future Supplier Quality Performance Leader to join our Quality team based in our VIC at Grenoble !
- You'll contribute to the supplier selection by managing audits and being involved in sourcing validation committees,
- During the industrialization phase, you'll make sure supplier PPAP are delivered on time with the right level of excellence,
- You’ll develop strategies to manage supplier performance during the mass production phase.
- You’ll refine and implement the activity from RFQ to Commissioning.
Main responsibilities :
- Be the voice of quality during upstream activities, project phase and mass production,
- For Raw Material:
- For Equipment:
- Continuously improve VERKOR SQA standard,
- Manage & develop the SQA Team.
o Support suppliers’ selection,
o Ensure that VERKOR APQP is strictly followed by Raw Material suppliers during project development phase,
o Develop supplier performance during mass production phase: create and monitor supplier scorecards, assess supplier QMS, monitor supplier mitigation plans, define and manage escalations,
o Set the SQA activities in relation with Process team,
o Implement the strategy,
Requirements :
- Mechanical Engineer or Master’s degree in chemistry
- 8 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance
- 5 years in Automotive sector
- Experience in management
- Experience in supplier audits
