What you will do:
- Quality management of BOM (Build of Material) supplier in compliance with Nexperia Backend requirement on material Quality and Reliability.
- Ensure that material specifications are setup up, communicated and organized.
- Align quality requirements with foundries (new products/transfers).
- Ensure auditing of BOM suppliers and foundries including planning and execution of annual audit plan.
- Management of CIP.
- Define quality improvement programs for suppliers.
- Follow up incidents and drive for structural improvements.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering, physics or chemistry
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Semiconductor technologies, Quality methods, Manufacturing environment and Assembly Engineering.
- Experience with Quality standards like ISO, IATF, AIAG and VDA.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Problem solving methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interfacing in teams.
- Able to cope with changing and challenging environment.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Team player.
- Able to structure problems and cross-link information.
