Job Title: Supplier Operations Support ExecutiveWorking Pattern: Full TimeWorking location: Derby/Hybrid – Involving 75% of travel – Domestic and InternationalWhat you will be doingAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Aerospace Procurement Operations Support team as an Operations Support Executive, to resolve critical issues and mitigate risk in our Supply Chain. Using your creative approach, you will establish sustainable, long term supply chains, by improving Quality, Cost & Delivery, providing a competitive edge for Rolls-Royce, our customers, and suppliers.ResponsibilitiesAs an Operations Support Executive you will lead operational performance improvement through the delivery of targeted Supplier Interventions from the initial analytics week, through the engagement to exit and handover back to the Supplier Management Team. You will drive the identification, development and implementation of these robust supply chain processes and tools to prevent future risks of failure.
