Specific Duties:
- Create invoices to Suppliers through our internally developed Billback Center, as well as from information gathered from Sales Managers and financial reports.
- Communicate and coordinate accordingly with Sales Managers, Corporate Accounting team members, and Suppliers.
- Apply payments received from Suppliers to invoices and follow up on any short payments.
- Review past due invoices and follow up with Suppliers to ensure payment is received.
- Maintain Supplier Banks by creating invoices, applying funding received from Supplier, reviewing types of expenses posting to the Bank, and reviewing cumulative balance.
- Answer Branch personnel questions related to invoice activities and provide training on invoice processes when necessary.
- Contribute to the expansion of the internally developed Billback Center.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Regular attendance and timeliness.
Position Requirements
- Four-year Business degree required or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years related experience required
- Mathematical aptitude
- MS Office Suite – Strong Excel skills
- Workday experience preferred
- Adobe Acrobat
The expected pay range for this role is $22.00 - $30.00/hr. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
