Contract duration: Full-time
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | Saturday / Sunday off
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am to 6:00 pm Saturday and Sunday off
Work type and Location: Hybrid (required to go to the office twice a week) - San Pedro Sula or Tegucigalpa
Expected start date: March 6th, 2025

The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working people who love helping others to come to join our teams. This role requires the ability to easily adapt to change and work without compromising quality or attention to detail in anything you do.
A successful candidate can think creatively and embody our customer-first mentality as you offer guidance and knowledge on the program.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide support to customers via phone calls and email support with service level and customer satisfaction as a top priority
- Meet or exceed service level expectations consistently
- Be decisive and resourceful
- Stay current with product/platform changes and being able to educate customers on such changes
- Support the team by executing initiatives and collaborating on projects
- Take initiative and identify areas of opportunity that you can contribute to help the team as it grows
- Earn commissions (based on sales)
What We Expect From You:
- Desirable 6 months of Customer Support Experience
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written
- Sales experience is desirable
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and an ability to use challenging situations as an opportunity to exceed customer expectations
- Preference experience in common data tools like Excel, Tableau, Looker, or Google Sheets.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment - must be adaptable
- Metrics-driven and proven ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions
- Strong conflict resolution skills and even temperament in challenging situations
