In this role, you will manage and assist in different activities of a sales team and contribute to the training and development of the division. Assist with plans and coordinate projects to allow for realization of sales origination goals, on-going compliance management and various sales initiatives while managing a team of loan officer assistants provide support and recommendations to allow them to better execute in their loan officer partnership.
Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support for the retail sale and mortgage direct sales channels by assisting with daily reporting needs, marketing liaison support, enhancement and development of new and existing origination procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing team members.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments and establish collaborative partnerships with internal business units.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns using the CRM (surefire application) and reporting enhancements for sales and divisional reporting developed from the loan origination system (Encompass).
  • Manage and develop a team of loan officer assistants to achieve individual loan officer and the mortgage lending team goals.
  • Assist in resolving complex customer issues and escalations.
  • Oversee daily operations of the loan officer assistant team and conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem-resolution decisions.


Education:

  • High School or Equivalent - Minimum
  • Bachelors Degree - Business Administrative or Related - Preferred


Years of Experience:

  • 3 years - Sales support, customer support or Related - Minimum
  • 1 year - People Management


Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$76,500‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$108,050 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus
