Manager, QA Operations

Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and supervision of the quality operations activities within the Lengnau site.
- Interact with varying levels of staff within the organization as well as with customers and auditors.
- Make decisions regarding compliance of processes that will impact the product.
- Coordinate QA activities and programs such as batch record review, batch release including intermediates, QM data, deviation review, Change control, CAPA implementation, complaints, and operation document management.
- Coordinate the lifecycle of associated concepts/programs, policies/procedures.
- Lead the APQR process
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar QA operations role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to strictly adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine and successfully implement solutions.
- Experience leading and supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with widely accepted protocols and methods in QA operations.
