Job Summary:
The Supervisor, Proposal Coordination role supports and oversees the efforts of the Sales Coordinator team and works in close partnership with Account Executives (AEs) to deliver high-quality, on-time responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Job Responsibilities
- Delivers high-quality proposals and enhances customer support through structured, efficient processes.
- Collaborates closely with Sales teams to ensure seamless proposal development and submission.
- Creates and delivers comprehensive, accurate RFP responses that meet client expectations using standardized processes.
- Works alongside Sales teams to understand client needs and provide necessary resources for timely RFP submissions.
- Utilizes Clear Channel's campaign planning, proposal development, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage team workflows and assess performance.
- Oversees the entire RFP lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of proposals, conducting audits, and maintaining detailed records of submissions, including recommended improvements on RFP processes.
- Leads resolution of complex or time-sensitive RFP situations, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
- Monitors RFP volumes and manages workload distribution across teams, providing detailed performance metrics and reporting to management.
- Identifies, resolves, and escalates issues proactively to ensure smooth operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
