Provides leadership and acts as an active member of the IS leadership team to support department strategic goals, IS policies and standards, and legal/security regulations. Facilitates the development and engagement of direct reports. Acts as the primary liaison for assigned applications and collaboration with other IS teams and Operations. Provides support, analysis, configuration, development, testing and implementation services for assigned applications/module(s). Identified as an application expert and primary contact in at least one defined core application/module. Performs work that is complex and cross functional in nature. Analyzes, develops, tests and implements solutions while adhering to Change Control and Testing methodologies and all other related CHW documentation standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience is a hospital or healthcare system preferred.
- Certified in Epic’s Beaker module preferred. Must continue to maintain certification.
- Partially remote. Ability to be on-site required.
- Excellent organizational skills as demonstrated by ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and applications.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
- Ability to meet aggressive timelines.
- Proven ability to multi-task and set priorities on numerous competing initiatives of varying complexity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to their audience.
- Recognized as a technical and/or application expert within the team for their defined area of responsibility.
- Partially remote. Ability to be on-site required.
