About the Role

As a Supervisor, FP&A you will lead the preparation of intermediate to complex financial analyses, including market and competitive analyses. This role involves strategic modeling of product/customer mix and incremental business opportunities. You will prepare and analyze ad hoc operational and financial performance analyses, proactively identify and recommend solutions to business issues, and ensure deliverables are achieved with superior quality and cost. This role will supervise a team of FP&A Analysts.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and work with financial models to analyze market and competitive conditions, and recommend conclusions and actions.

  • Perform detailed analyses, including strategic analyses, to support long-range planning and transformation.

  • Execute and measure programs that improve the overall productivity and profitability of the organization.

  • Ensure proper use of data to support executive decision-making processes.

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders and business contacts to achieve key business objectives.

  • Develop presentations and lead executive and management discussions.

  • Track execution against committed impacts and milestones.

  • Focus on end-to-end processes, considering cross-functional impacts.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance or related field of study - Required.
  • +3 years' experience in managing people is required
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Effective interaction with all levels of management.
  • Commitment to maintaining and promoting social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
  • Attention to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Advanced proficiency in relevant computer system applications (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, word processors, databases).
