Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Pricing Services is responsible for customer and/or supplier contract administration, as well as administering and reviewing specialty pricing initiatives as deemed appropriate. Responsible for researching and problem-solving customer or supplier issues or disputes and acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders. Develops and manages customer relationships and relationships with other pricing and internal partners.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises activities and development of 8-12 direct reports to include providing timely and pertinent feedback to employees on their performance and delivery of performance evaluations.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to improve the customer experience and achieve business results.  Builds strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Maintains compliance with all SOX controls regulations.
  • Encourages team to strive for operational excellence by continually challenging old methods or ways of thinking and taking responsible risks to maximize results; serves as a role model in innovative thinking and process improvement.
  • Cultivates an engaging culture, exemplified by high employee engagement in problem solving, innovation, and initiating change with speed.
  • Leverages proactive and predictive measures to alleviate pricing events impacting the customer experience.
  • Utilizes customer and employee feedback to develop best practices.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in lean leadership and process improvement.
  • Elevates credibility and partnership with sales team.
  • Leads and influences teams across multiple site environments: brick and mortar, virtual agents, and international support teams.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of finance operations experience, preferred
  • Supervisory experience, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong Leadership Skills

Anticipated salary range: $66,500-$99,645
