Tareas administrativas generales: Realizar tareas administrativas varias relacionadas con la producción, como la preparación de órdenes de trabajo, la actualización de registros y la gestión de información diligenciamientos de seguimientos de personal. Actualización de pedidos o solicitudes de papelería y utensilios relacionados con producción. Realizar seguimiento a la rotación a turnos y la verificación de las tareas en auto urbe. Llevar el control de caja menor de planta Realizar seguimiento y notificación de ausentamos, incapacidades licencias y novedades del personal. Realizar la actualización de reconocimiento y recompensa. Coordinar espacios de capacitación con el personal Gestionar programa de almuerzos y refrigerios solicitados por las diferentes áreas. Dar seguimiento a las carpetas de documentales de producción (cronogramas de testeos – carpetas de capacitaciones y notificaciones) Garantizar la impresión de notificaciones de las áreas de apoyo Garantizar la actualización de book de cuchillos.
