As a Production lead, you will be responsible of manage the correct resources for the productive process to achieve the production program according to our strategic goals.
You will report to the plant´s production manager.
Main Responsibilities

Promote working under the standards, EHS norms and systems for optimizing processes defined by production management

Develop operative and quality strategies to ensure the compliance to clients' requirements
-
Gestion the material resources to maintain the inventory control
-
Manage the human resources through the compliance program for vacations, trainings, production roles to maintain a pleasant working environment

Assurance the payroll, hiring and general movements according to the internal processes
-
Participate in continuous improvement events to achieve the business rentability and area indicators
-
Create reports to facilitate the making decisions process for the area
Qualifications
-
Chemical or Industrial Engineering
-
2 years' experience in similar roles
-
Intermediate level of English
-
Knowledge in lean manufacturing, operative excellence, EHS norms, inventories, PHA and risk analysis, Quality systems, solvent base coatings manufacturing process, unit operations and industrial machines
-
Knowledge in Oracle, WMS, ISO 9001:2015
