Lo que haréis:

El Supervisor de Parques Eólicos desempeñará un papel clave centrado en la supervisión de la ejecución del mantenimiento de los activos.

Tareas Principales:

  • Supervisar y revisar el rendimiento operativo de los activos de acuerdo con los KPI acordados para la disponibilidad, las causas de inactividad y los parámetros de eficiencia (curvas de potencia, índices de rendimiento solar)
  • Participar en la investigación de problemas de bajo rendimiento de los equipos y proponer iniciativas de mejora incluyendo a los proveedores de servicios.
  • Llevar a cabo visitas/inspecciones del emplazamiento de acuerdo con el programa anual acordado para validar las condiciones, el desempeño/cumplimiento de normas de salud, calidad y medio ambiente, y el estado de las iniciativas clave de mejora.
  • Participar en la investigación y "Análisis de causa raíz" de incidentes y/o fallas importantes.
  • Apoyar a la función de desarrollo comercial en relación a los aspectos técnicos y los relacionados con el rendimiento de activos para oportunidades de desarrollo de nuevas instalaciones.
  • Seguimiento de los Informes Predictivos de las instalaciones.
  • Gestionar y dirigir las actividades de mantenimiento del parque.
  • Seguimiento del presupuesto económico de los activos.
  • Realizar estudios de viabilidad, riesgos y costes de las diferentes soluciones consideradas para cada proyecto.
  • Informar sobre la marcha del servicio en la zona, anticipándose a imprevistos y posibles desviaciones.
  • Representar a la empresa ante diferentes autoridades locales y otras.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Educación Superior o de Grado en las áreas Técnicas o de Ingeniería
  • 5 años de experiencia en el área operacional de activos renovables
  • Persona con excelente capacidad resolutiva y de organización; que pueden adaptarse y prosperar en un ambiente dinámico, ya sea trabajando en equipo como de forma independiente.
  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas.
  • Experiencia con mejoras de procesos.
  • Nivel superior de computación incluyendo Excel y Word.
  • Conocimientos en las tecnologías eólicas, solar y termosolar.
