ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise all cost accounting activities for the site

Supports the implementation of budget control strategies and accounting systems, financial statements of the Company, product cost and corporate accounts payable.

Coordinate detailed financial forecast, as well provide support with the action items and follow up actions in order to ensure the achievement to the financial commitments and provide high forecast accuracy.

Interact in coordination with the Controller with key internal presentations, as well as with other external CAH groups to provide support with key strategic decision to reach the established objectives.

Lead the month end closing activities related to cost accounting

Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, analyze and investigate the monthly results and their variations.

Verify inventory control procedures and its compliance

Provide support with projections and financial calculations for VIPs and strategic projects for the site

Collaborate with staff managers providing advisory of all financial analysis and reporting
-
Supervise the activities perform by its team and implement development plans aligned to company strategies
-
Implement continuous improvement projects that optimize finance processes using the DMAIC methodology

Follow and demonstrate the values of the company
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-
BS Degree in Accounting or Industrial Engineer
-
More than 5 years of experience in Cost Accounting functions in the manufacturing environment

Solid leadership and cross-functional partnership skills.

Knowledge: Lean sigma methodology, MPR/ERP systems and experience working with financial consolidations systems (SAP/JDE/Others)
