Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :

  • Superviser et encadrer une équipe de chargé de projet et planificateur technique chargée de faire fabriquer, modifier et entretenir tout type de gabarit, plateformes et autres équipements servant à l’assemblage des avions A220.
  • Répartir les tâches et les responsabilités au sein de l'équipe en fonction des compétences et des priorités des projets.
  • Fournir un soutien technique, une orientation et des conseils à l'équipe.
  • Superviser l'avancement des projets, identifier les écarts par rapport aux objectifs et prendre des mesures correctives si nécessaire.
  • Gérer des budgets Méthode de projet de plus de 10 à 20 millions et assurer un respect du budget, livrable dans les temps.
  • Assurer une communication claire et régulière avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

En tant que candidat idéal,

  • Vous possédez un diplôme d'ingénieur, de gestion de projet et vous avez un minimum de 8 ans d'expérience dans l’application des meilleures pratiques de gestion de projet techniques;
  • Vous avez de solides compétences en gestion de projet, vous êtes capable d'établir des priorités et d'aligner les membres de l'équipe sur les priorités;
  • Vous êtes un leader reconnu, capable de construire et d'inspirer une équipe transversale, tout en dirigeant votre équipe dans un environnement changeant vers les objectifs de l'entreprise ;
  • Vous avez de bonnes compétences orales et écrites en anglais et en français
  • Vous êtes capable de simplifier des questions complexes et de résumer les risques, les actions clés et les prochaines étapes ;
  • Vous avez démontré votre capacité à travailler au sein d'une équipe composée de personnes ayant des antécédents variés et une culture différente ;

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

  • Supervise and oversee a team of project managers and technical planners responsible for the manufacture, modification and maintenance of all types of jigs, platforms and other equipment used to assemble A220 aircraft.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities within the team based on project competencies and priorities.
  • Provide technical support, guidance and guidance to the team
  • Oversee the progress of projects, identify deviations from objectives and take corrective action if necessary.
  • Manage Methods project budgets of more than 10 to 20 million and ensure compliance with the budget, and timely deliverables.
  • Provide clear and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.

As the ideal candidate,

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management and you have a minimum of 8 years’ experience of technical project management best practices;
  • You have strong project management skills and are able to establish and align team members with priorities;
  • You are a recognized leader, able to build-up and inspire a cross-functional team, while leading in a changing environment to attain corporate objectives;
  • You are able to deploy continuous improvement initiatives;
  • You have good verbal and written English and French communication skills;
