You will participate in the following tasks:

• Supporting the global HR Center of Expertise team in projects
  • Assist in coordinating diverse development initiatives and HR projects.
  • Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of HR practices and processes.
  • Support the development of training materials and HR content, including guidelines and communications.
  • Help collect and analyze HR data to generate reports on key metrics.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, including organizing training sessions, maintaining employee records, and managing documentation.
     
• Possibility to support in some HR Operations generalist tasks locally based on interest and need
   

To succeed you will need:

• At least 3-4 years of relevant studies
• Approx. 1 year of relevant work experience is seen as a plus
• Proactive way of working, desire for personal development and learning new things
• A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills
• An ability to work as part of a team, while also being capable of independent work
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

The employment is fixed term, and it will start in April/May 2025 and last until the end of August 2025, with a potential short summer break period in July and potential extension after the summer period.
