About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Talent Relations Representative to join the Cameo team. This role is focused on building and maintaining relationships with talent, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience for creators on the platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering positive connections and skilled at managing creator needs while contributing to Cameo’s talent strategy. This role runs from June 2nd - August 1st.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of creators, building strong relationships to understand and support their needs.
- Assist creators with onboarding, profile management, and optimizing their presence on the platform.
- Provide responsive support to creator inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to advocate for creator needs and enhance their experience.
- Educate creators on best practices, platform updates, and engagement strategies to maximize their success.
- Track and report on key metrics related to creator satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the creator experience through feedback and innovative solutions.
- Participate in talent outreach initiatives to onboard new creators and foster long-term partnerships.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with talent, creators, or in customer support is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer service tools.
- Passion for the creator economy and understanding of social media trends.
