Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a Summer Intern to support our Digital Transformation team. The intern will play a crucial role in identifying metrics to measure the adoption rates of the new systems and digital tools implemented as part of our Digital Transformation roadmap, automating reporting processes to support the global performance management and accelerate the adoption of the new ways of working across the 18 countries that we have operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement KPIs (Key Processes Indicators) to measure adoption of the new systems and digital tools across our plant network
- Automate adoption KPIs reporting processes
- Develop centralized adoption dashboard to support management review and track action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data & Analytics or a related field.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Basic understanding or experience with DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
