This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You’ll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

The Intern, Program Manager will provide thought leadership and analysis for TBG incentive compensation business and plans.  This includes collaborating with the Sales, HR and Sales Enablement teams to collect insights, review research to determine best practices and to perform analysis measuring effectiveness of compensation plans. The person will be responsible for reporting program results and metrics to leadership.  A successful candidate can quickly understand sophisticated issues, clearly articulate the impacts to cross-functional team members, and develop an ongoing management cadence.

Responsibilities:

•    Provide ongoing program strategic direction sales incentive compensation plans
•    Lead planning efforts in support of various workstreams and key areas of the business
•    Evaluate performance data and analytics provided to sales leadership
•    Conduct operational and assessments to identify risks, gaps and propose solutions to key partners and leadership

Minimum Qualifications
•At least 18 years of age
•Legally authorized to work in the United States
•Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program

Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
