Welcome to the Talent Acquisition Internship at CoStar Group! This 10-week program provides a dynamic opportunity for current college students interested in Human Resources and eager to begin their career in talent acquisition. As an intern, you'll be immersed in our Talent organization, supporting recruitment efforts across the company. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to identify top-tier candidates who align with CoStar’s values and strategic goals. This hands-on internship offers experience in sourcing, candidate assessment, and ensuring a positive, engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Leverage multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Recruiting: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team needs, goals, and cultural fit. Assist with initial candidate screenings, coordinate interview schedules, and manage candidate communications, including for Sales and Global Research teams.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a smooth and positive experience throughout the application and interview process. Provide timely feedback and maintain clear, consistent communication.
  • Campus Recruiting: Evaluate opportunities to enhance CoStar Group’s brand presence at colleges and universities nationwide. Support the execution of the internship program across various departments.
  • Operations and Special Initiatives: Lead and contribute to key projects within the Talent Acquisition team, conducting research, offering insights, and collaborating with leadership to implement solutions. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders at the conclusion of the internship.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Current college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with expected graduation in December 2025 or May 2026.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and fostering diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • High achieving individuals with minimum 3.5 GPA
