Job Description SummaryThe Subcontract Services Manager of Quest Patient Service Centers (PSC’s) program is accountable and responsible for the direction and performance of the PSC Facility Coordinator Services Team. The PSC Facility Coordinator Services Team is comprised of staff that manages the incoming work orders & execution of work through subcontractors for the Quest Patient Service Centers (PSCs).
The Subcontract Services Manager, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily administrative team operations, client and vendor relationship management, SLA performance and Quest PSC financial management. This role is a key contributor to the Account Service Delivery Team, providing CMMS administration/management, tool support, ad hoc reporting, and auditing of workflows.Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Management and oversight of all Quest PSC Facility Coordinator Staff
· Provide daily supervision, annual reviews, and staff development.
· Coordination of service delivery to client and ensure quality.
· Support client required reporting including: KPI reports and analysis, work order and customer service statistics, customer surveys and compliance reporting.
· Manage functionality of all current technology solutions (CMMS, VCC, O365, etc.)
· Develop, train and implement workflow process down to the desk top level
· Learn and perform administrative functions of the system by completing daily tasks of maintaining the CMMS which can include:
· Adding, updating, and inactivating properties in the system
· Adding, updating, and inactivating preventative maintenance schedules in coordination with the field team
· Identifying data gaps in critical fields
· Creating and updating procedures in coordination with leadership for PM/Recurring work orders
· Configure region and property level notifications.
· Generating and analyzing user, property, and request reports
· Ability to use the mobile apps and assist others with the apps.
· Developing custom reporting to be distributed to subscribed users.
· Conduct and develop training using various presentation methods.
· Updating and creating governance reporting related to the utilization of features within the system.
· Partner with C&W TDS on implementing integrations and take the lead on identifying opportunity the system has to offer to improve workflows for facility management.
· Accountable for managing payroll, P&L analysis, revenue enhancement.
· Monthly P&L reporting, and delivery to upper management.
· Manage AP, AR and vendor contract / payment processes.
· Oversight of all vendor contracts and compliance per client requirements and C&W Services protocols
· Assist Director of Operations with annual budget creation, quarterly reforecasting, and monthly variance reporting
· Prepare, review, deliver and present client reports, monthly meetings, and QBR presentations.
· May also be required to take incoming client calls and/or create and dispatch work orders during high volume traffic times.
REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience):
· Minimum 1 -3 years of experience related to facilities maintenance/management is preferred.
· Leadership skill, training and team management experience preferred.
· Ability to take responsibility for work done personally and by a subordinate team member.
· Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
· Position requires presentation preparation and public speaking ability.
· Basic technical understanding of the facilities services business and trades.
· Contracts creation and modification review experience.
· Comfort with negotiation.
· Able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and lead a diverse team.
· Attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, and organization,
· Strong Excel skills, Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI (Basic Understanding)
· Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Corrigo, Maximo, 360, etc. is preferred.
· Must have excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
· Ability to prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; and work within deadlines.
· Must be well organized and detail oriented, while applying sound judgment and decision-making skills to both routine and non-routine issues that arise.
· Candidates must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced/high volume environment.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $79,050.00 - $93,000.00
