Title: Sub-Contracting Manager

Location: Baie D’Urfé, Canada; Hybride, 37.5h/week

Job Description

The Supply Operations Manager will be responsible for driving detailed planning, scheduling and order management to assure agreed delivery performance level. In this role, you will also develop and manage the relationship with External Suppliers and to internal and external customers for all supply related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Support CMO Supply Chain Manager to establish and oversee an optimal supply plan (3 – 24 months), with the goal to balance customer service level, production capabilities at External supplier, inventory level and operational cost
• Weekly meeting with external partners to work on master production plan in the firm period based on the supply plan made by CMO Supply Chain Manager
• Monthly review of demand plans, direct communication with involved countries, pro-active management of demand planning functions in countries/other functions Order & Transportation Management
• Responsible for timely order fulfillment including organization and management of physical shipment of goods in collaboration with freight forwarders
• Support CMO Supply Chain Manager on the external S&OP for strategic CMOs
• Support CMO Supply Chain Managers to communicate open order status to relevant stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations or other related field or College’s degree with relevant experience
• APICS, Process Excellence, PMP, Lean and Six Sigma certifications are preferred
• Several years’ experience in one or more of the classical supply chain-related functions like planning, purchasing, logistics
• Microsoft Office – Intermediate to advance skill level is required. Proficiency to utilize Excel charts
• Handle multiple priorities and work independently while demonstrating initiative and strong analytical savvy.
• Excellent communication skills with internal/external partners and ability to translate complex issues into simple statements.
• Bilingual and comfortable to work in a multicultural/multilingual environment (Main communication in English).
