Job Description
The position is to support the APAC business accounting, budget controlling, and compliance reporting in maintaining business operations. These include weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end close business activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To support monthly closing activities
To support the data clean-up process
To support various forecast process
To support various process improvement projects
To support various compliance activities
To support ad-hoc requests
Basic Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
- Must be a self-starter who can work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners needed
- Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conceptualize
- Attention to detail, ability to manage time and workflow, working on multiple assignments, and managing rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
- Current active students of recognized universities and colleges
- Minimum CGPA score of 3.0 and above
- Driven, self-motivated, and results oriented
- Intermediate MS Excel experience is a plus
- Internship duration minimum 4 months [preferably can start from Dec2024-May2025] Please state internship duration in your resume
- Willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang
