The Team You Will be Part of
You will be part of the Change Team within the Strategy Management Office (SMO). Based at our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, you will report to the Head of Change Management, working closely with both local and global colleagues across departments.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Support the creation and implementation of communication initiatives that enhance engagement and awareness of the Global Operations strategy. Ensure the SMO SharePoint site is regularly updated and improved.

Execute on defined tasks in the different engagement projects driven by the change management team, maintaining a project plan and actions where relevant.

Work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to understand communication needs and ensure that messages are tailored to different audiences.

In collaboration with the Communications Advisor, Draft and edit communication materials, ensuring consistency in messaging. As part of the change management team activities, translate messaging and content to presentations that are relevant to the stakeholder groups. This includes crafting clear and engaging content for various communication channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, emails, presentations).

Provide general administrative support to the Global Operations team, including scheduling meetings, organizing workshops, and maintaining communication records.
