Job Summary: The Student Assistant will support the L&S Procurement
Category Management team with various administrative and operational tasks. This role offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in L&S Procurement and be exposed to strategic global initiatives in the area of cost efficiency, ESG, and digitalization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry, filing, and document management
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating events
- Conducting research and compiling information
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Providing general administrative support
Qualifications:
- Attention to details and strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical proficiency and knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel is an advantage
