The Team You Will be Part of:
As part of the Business Operations team, you will collaborate closely with numerous internal and external stakeholders globally. Your time will be divided between supporting our Customer Care Team with order management and assisting with marketing tasks, allowing you to work flexibly and as part of a team.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Support Customer Care team in daily operations.

Management of marketing orders.

Process order activities in Navision and other supporting applications.

Prepare and process export documentation with Danish embassies, SKAT and Chamber of Commerce.

Assist Business Operation team with eCommerce maintenance in Sitecore.

Coordinate eCommerce training with customers from different regions and countries.

Participate in global projects such as product launches, international events, and new system implementation.
