The role requires combination of leadership skills, people management and expertise in products. The team lead is good at making decisions, has organizational skills and time-management skills. Planning and organizing team’s work, launching new procedures and managing existing ones. Ensuring the training, developing and motivating the team’s personnel, working orders inside the team are functioning well.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compiling the roster for Streaming Technical Support team
  • Managing, training, developing and motivating the team members.
  • Appraisals with team members
  • Recruitment and interviews
  • Overseeing Streaming Technical Support team work
  • Ensuring and organizing the management of the database of the Streaming Technical Support team procedures and processes
  • Securing the team’s targets originated by companies and unit’s targets are clear to the team
